The Challenge
BitBuilder Productions built TukTuk.pk for shoppers in Pakistan. The store sells everyday essentials, electronics, home and kitchen, toys, beauty, and fashion. It is based in Faisalabad, ships only inside Pakistan, and has no physical shop.
A shopper can browse categories, collections, and deals, then check out as a guest or with an account. Accounts keep a profile, saved addresses, and order history. After checkout, email updates follow the order from placed, through processing and shipped, to delivered. A guest opens that order from the link in the email, without creating an account. When they later verify an account with the same email, those orders move onto the account.
Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more. Smaller orders show the delivery fee at checkout. Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi typically take 3 to 5 working days, and other areas 5 to 7. Shoppers pay by cash on delivery, Visa or Mastercard, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Card details stay with the payment gateway. Unused items in the original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Customized items are not returnable. The order email follows the same steps as the tracking page: placed, processing, shipped, and delivered, each with a time. A guest opens the order from that email. If they later verify an account with the same address, the order is already on the account, and the email link still opens.

Product, category, collection, and deal pages are rendered on the server, each with its own title, description, and canonical URL. The sitemap lists those pages. Checkout, customer accounts, and order tracking stay out of the index, so crawlers spend their time on the shop.
